About HikU
We are a creative team based in Nagahama City, Shiga Prefecture.
We are seven individuals with diverse backgrounds, specializing in handicrafts (leather, woodworking, sewing), photography, videography, coaching, and public relations. We came together with the desire to express the "spirit of harmony" that Japanese people have cherished since ancient times, in a contemporary form.
We are not merely a group that creates things. We weave together creativity that deeply roots itself in daily life, through the warmth born from human dialogue, the mental space to enjoy the changing seasons of nature, product development, space design, visual production, and even mind support, all by combining our respective expertise.
