「RYU-UN」Photo Card

Around Lake Biwa, Ryujin, the Dragon God, has been enshrined in various places since ancient times as the deity who controls water. 

This piece, by Lake Biwa photographer Shinya Tsujita, captures the precise moment a dragon descended upon Lake Biwa.

The foil stamping features the single Kanji character "Soshiji," formed from "宗," "神," and "主."

Though it has existed since ancient times as a revered Kanji with strong power and high energy, some theories suggest it has now disappeared even from dictionaries.

While there are various theories regarding the existence of this character, we hope that the universal message of "Soshiji," meaning "love, gratitude, and harmony" in a single character, will empower those living today.
